Not very good timing with the Legends KS coming soon, but nevertheless a very intriguing campaing. The minis look to be the right size for SDE, and you can never have enough chibi minis. The best part is - you can buy every mini from the base set separately. They are rather costly compared to the whole box though, so I think I'll go for whole box.

Eh, not a big fan of the style. It's amazing to see how many chibi miniatures have popped up recently. Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery I suppose.

Assuming one backs this, paying $10 for the printed storage box is very fair.

But whatever you do, do not get yours painted. They're using "Blue Table", which is a known scam operation that doesn't do what they say.

Scale shot posted by Sensei Swag here Grey. About 40mm tall - so would make good monsters in SDE.

And close up shots

Some lovely sculpts overall. Im just waiting at the moment before plunging in. With the impending SDE Legends + Beatrix, AQ, Hunters on the chibi front, plus 30k from GW getting a boxed set. I need to prioritise this close to Christmas :D

They are quite nice! But I'm also convinced that SPM still makes the best chibies on the marked.

Ya I backed Rivals myself...
I really wish they re-did the board tiles - they are just sooo dark & dull!
but those chibi-minis are too good to resist! Especially the monstery ones!
(& it's only $75, so not too bad at all)
Not sure about the game itself, but if that turns out to be sucky, I can always use the minis for Super Dungeon! :)

Take in mind the Pirate Ship and sea domains of Captain R on Crystalia map, SPM will release some kind of undersea people or merfolk type, so I can sit and wait. The Rivals game use some kind of Arcadia Quest mechanics mixed with some elements of Super Dungeon Explore.

...and I going to "build a castle" for a year and more a couple months of this bank breaker.

So, SPM simply smashed / crushed / obliterated these other chibi KS. Well done.

The way I look at it, all these other guys think Super Dungeon Explore does well because it's got chibi miniatures. But the extra-special secret that quite honestly more of them should be able to figure out is that Super Dungeon Explore is a really good game that has chibi minis. Soda Pop puts more SDE on Kickstarter, they're going to rake in the cash. Not gonna lie, some of that cash will come from me.
That said, hitting their funding goal in the first 15 minutes has to be some kind of record.

All the big kickstarter companies hit their funding in minutes. It turns out that established fan bases are good :)

The phrase 'Would you kindly' comes to mind.

Honestly, I'm saving my pennies for Legends, but if I see any of the miniatures for Rivals around, maybe I'll pick them up.

After all, SPM hasn't really touched whats under the Drowned Isle in Crystalia.
