I'm a fan of the 2d exploration Castlevanias (my Von Wilder is painted to match Richter Belmont) and I thought it was awesome when I saw this Kickstarer.

Apparently, I need my gothic metroidvania fix.

Sure, the pictures they have are just mock-ups, but the amount that this reminds me of Symphony of the Night really makes me happy:

And now I'm considering whether I could make my Marie Claude survivor look like Miriam.

Also, they apparently won't reveal if there will be a reverse castle during the kickstarter- because if they did, that would spoil the potential surprise. So that's hopeful.

Definitely in on this one. Only downside is the wait before finally getting to play it.

Man, I so want to see this come out.

One interesting thing I discovered- IGA (the game designer behind Bloodstained and Igavania) has been designing some levels in Super Mario Maker.

He even recreated the battle with Legion from Symphony of the Night. It is pretty terrific.
