Even then, you could do it back to back on turns where the command tokens refresh. And that’s not even considering taking multiple squads of Belles...

Ah sorry, I meant that if Tow was rewritten where it wouldn't affect Objectives anymore, maybe we can give a restricted version of an effect that would move an Obstacle on specific units like the old ability the Belles had on the front of their card that would require a second Command Token to even trigger it in the first place. This is so it would only limit to one "Drag the Goods" per turn.

Ah, that makes a little more sense. “When moving as a Surge activation, if this unit began the move in contact with an Objective, you may place that Objective into contact with this unit at the end of it’s movement.”
