Similarities? Better than RRI? Worst than RRI? Different than RRI?

The actions available to you are determined randomly by drawing a hand of cards from an action deck. That right there makes me uninterested. Want to take a shot at someone but you didn't draw the "shoot somebody" card? Too bad!

Which I don't play, yes. I don't play every single game Soda Pop puts out. Mainly it's Super Dungeon and Ninja All-Stars right now. Relic Knights will probably pick up again when Void Break launches.

It looks interesting and worth checking out, though why say if something is better or worse when you can simply enjoy both?

Because that would mean people other than ourselves can enjoy - gasp! - these so-called "lesser games". :? :P :D

I tried Colt Express last week with 6 players. Friend had borrowed it from library. The game was quite fun; would play again. Simple to learn and play. Haven't checked how it compares to Rail Raiders, but at least there doesn't seem to be climbing to the roofs and Rail Raiders use dice.
