I'm still on the fence about this KS. Part of what I liked was the $50 price point.

With Old Tyme Religion and The Good, The Bad, and The Bot, it bumps things up to $100, and my Pokemon reflex refuses to let me not get everything.

Last time I didn't go all in on a SPM KS was NAS. I'm still sad that I missed the Kitsune Clan, or some of the Ronin like Mochizuki.
At least FK stuff is available for retail now.

Maybe I'll make puppy eyes at Fanboy for this one...

It should be no surprise that the first $50 spend is by far the best in a content/$ context. SDE is the same way, as is most if not all games I can think of.
In this Kickstarter it is even more pronounced because you get the free bonus loot already at $50.

But it makes no sense to compare the contents of a core game and an expansion. In it self, I think $25 for an expansion that adds a lot of variation in breadth if not in depth with two new raiders, a lot of bots, new tiles, cards etc is fairly priced. It's about the same as a SDE Warband, which adds something similar to SDE.

If $100 seems like much it's just because the first $50 gives extreme good value pr money.

This post is way so good to avoid let be burried in KS comments:
https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/so ... t-13044031

This is exactly my point of view about RRI, but looks like SPM put their heads under the earth like an ostrich and don't care about what backers need to know beyond the stunning miniatures. If only I had concerns about dice art design, I just stop to talk, but many people talking about it, but again, looks like SPM don't accept well hints related to art design and avoid to show game design until backers receive their game boxes.

Long time ago RRI have been announced in social media, in my opinion, enough time to make a gameplay video, even with prototypes.

SPM do not are amateurs, but the kind of posture adopted calls into question the credibility. Need to sharp game design skills, for sure and they are in quest for improvement of the skills. If the intention is just sell some awesome plastic miniatures, just do it without a supposed game related to them as Impact Miniatures did. Problem solved. More backers.

Ninja Deke, in another hand, is working hard in game design with backers to improve SDE. Ninja Dave must learn with Deke in this aspect. Because the infamous game design acquired with NAS, many people simple let RRI go until prove otherwise.

Several posts after that link, SPM made a comment in response to that type of feeling.

I disagree with the sentiment that SPM don't care about the backers.

My original understanding of Kickstarter is that it was intended to help bring ideas--does not matter how far into its production (early or late)--from proxies or demos--into an actual product. I see nothing inherently wrong with what they have provided so far.

Sorry about my poor skills to edit images, and I agree with this viewtopic.php?f=48&t=5625.

Wonder if I can get away with painting Chuy like Sabine from SW Rebels.

Unlike bobba feets, she actually does something. Hafta get a better look at male/female mando gear to see if there are any glaring differences on the armor.
