I suggested the stealth mission scenario in this section, and as I thought about the challenge, the biggest difference between it and some of the other scenarios is the use of a different sentry type. So, I will make a separate entry for the "Alarm Sentry" here.

Alarm Sentry (Profile)
Movement 4 - Attack 3 - Defense 3

Alarm - If AT ANY TIME a sentry is not stunned and can draw line of sight to a ninja, the sentry sounds an alarm, and the discovered ninja is removed to the healing house as if injured (disregarding resilience and other injury ignoring abilities).

Sentry Search - When activated, a sentry can move up to 4 spaces and search (as determined by the activating player). This is a special search that extends to all ninja within 3 spaces and in the sentry’s line of sight. Each model in stealth within the area of this search must take an affinity test. This affinity test does not cause a model to lose stealth. If unsuccessful, they lose stealth, the sentry sounds an alarm, and all of the ninja discovered in this way are removed to the healing house as if injured (disregarding resilience and other injury ignoring abilities).

Attacking a Sentry - If a sentry is attacked and not stunned or injured, first, resolve the result of the attack (including removing ninja discovered if the sentry's position or facing is changed). Then, the attacking ninja is discovered and removed to the healing house as if injured (disregarding resilience and other injury ignoring abilities)

Sentry Type - Lantern Sentry

These are the new recruits of the sentries. Holding their lanterns aloft, they can point out threats and sound alarms, but are likely to be ambushed by their ninja foe.

These guys have a lower defense and do not automatically sound an alarm if attacked and not wounded. You could mix Lantern sentries amongst other sentries or have a higher number of them. I would suggest picking a way to distinguish the Lantern Sentry out from other sentry models. Unlike the Alarm sentry, the Lantern Sentry does not automatically sound an alarm if attacked and not wounded. They will however sound an alarm if attacked and the attacker or another ninja comes to be in their line of sight (water and air results would be fun).
