Ninjas...
Short of learning how to create my own scale cardstock paper Japanese buildings, to add 3D effects to the NAS game board, does anyone know of any that are already available online, or have designed themselves?
Buildings would be like torii, shrines, temples, and dwellings.

Are you looking for decorative or functional terrain? When I was into the larger army based games (40k, Warmahordes, etc.), I used a lot of aquarium decorations as decorative terrain. I don't know if anyone's made functional terrain in a Japanese style yet, though.
