I assume BGG or Google image search may have an image of the potion tokens so that buyer could have get a better understandment of the real scale/size. Before making an impulsive purchase, it's always worth to investigate from an external sources if possible.

Are you seriously implying that we should be googling every purchase in the $10-20 range before we make them online? Even when the seller, an official prpducer and the owner of the product license, who is otherwise very up front about what they're selling has a PHOTO of the product on the product page?

Cause... If you do that, then either you don't do much online shopping, or you don't do anything BUT online shopping (because that makes it take up all of your time).

It's not like I was buying some sketchy third party product from aliexpress or something, and I'm not going to research this like it's a $400 stereo receiver. I should be able to trust SPM to show me an accurate image of what their own product will look like.

Yes if wanting to avoid possible disappointments. The image on Soda Pop Miniatures Store is valid, but it nor the description mentions scale. -> Buyer assumes something. Sure Soda Pop Miniatures could add the info as they're now probably aware that this has been an issue for a few buyers. Here's a picture taken 2015 that a potential buyer can easily find if he spends a couple minutes of his time before clicking pay, though.

But you're also correct that I can spent hours of my time reading comments, watching reviews and checking miniature stats before making a $10-$20 price range item purchase. Previously I have done this for Imperial Assault to choose which would be my first 2 figure packs.

Everybody is right :)

This is the Internet; not a physical store. Use the collected knowledge of humankind to look up what you are planning to buy.

That being said, the store could and should just have added an image of the product in a game session set-up. You really shouldn't NEED to google to find such basic info.
