 Question about Siege of the Citadel Crossovers

Since Junstin spearheads SDE development, I have a question for him about the Nepharite spawn- point:

So the Nepharite is a spawn point, but will be able to move and attack like other monsters; how with this be implemented for balance purposes? Will he have less move? more HP? will He have special abilities as well? Will he still be immune to status effects like other spawn points? Will he have other stats other than ARM? Will it be affected by blue abilities that affect other stats if it does NOT have that stat? Just curious to more rule design questions toward this concept, as I'm intrigued and want to know more.
