 Trying to communicate with someone at Ninja Division

Is anyone from ND reading these forums? I've been trying to talk to ND regarding my SDE order and no one is replying to any correspondence. Tried all email addresses a couple times.

How long has it been since you emailed? It could take a day or two for them to get back to you.

Anything a non-employee might be able to help with? What's up?

Thanks for the responses. I'm trying to find out if I can get a refund on my order. I've emailed sales@ninjadivision.com, store@sodapopminiatures.com and info@sodapopminiatures.com as well as going to the kickstarter page and posting a message there. I backed the SDE kickstarter and then when the pledges were moved to the SP store I ordered two more items. None of the items have been sent yet.

All on the same purchase? If so then yeah the other items wouldn't be sent until the entire order was ready to be shipped (i.e. when the kickstarter is fulfilled). Did anyone get ahold of you yet by chance?

I can't remember which KS it started with but the current policy is to cancel orders containing a mix of KS and non-KS items.

That policy started with Way of the Fighter.

A mixed SDE:L pledge order would not have been cancelled.

Did you get a reply from Soda Pop about your refund?

I've been trying to get a refund on the GenCon releases I pre-ordered (requested cancellation) for 4 weeks, no reply to date but got a "credit memo" automated email today for the funds minus an "adjustment fee" but no actual refund, got me worried and why I should have to pay a fee for a refund...

I received an email from them saying someone from SPM would be in touch about my request. That was over two weeks ago. Haven't heard anything since.
