My local shop (in Finland) is advertising that they are getting "Cthulhu: A deck building game" soonish... So they are getting stuff from Ninja Division to the store. Just not anything SDE related... sigh!

So I will continue to wait and wait and wait...

I'll let you know what the import fee damage is :( Seriously though please sort this out, it's a genuine issue.

You might get lucky and they just let it through, it's happened to me before.

More likely is you pay 40% extra on everything (including the shipping).

Everyone,

I just spoke with the Sales Ninja. Please talk to your local game store and ask them to order the newest Super Dungeon products.

If your local store has any questions or issues trying to do so, please have them contact sales@ninjadivision.com and the Sales Ninja will assist them with finding the right distributor to order through.

The problem is that no physical stores around me stock anything as I live in the north-west of England and frankly the only thing people care about here is kababs and magic the gathering. I have made multiple dialogues with online retails based in the UK, but nothing has become of it yet.

I have no local stores near me so it's all online...I know of one but that requires a train and bus journey...why can't we have more board and card game stores here in east/south east England? :(

Hi Neko, thanks for the info. I'll start by saying I love SPE, i really do and i'm happy to throw money your way. But honestly, isn't it enough that we fund your games from the get go on top of now being told we have to do the marketing and distribution ourselves too? I can't talk for the rest of the EU, but the UK has a massive miniatures market, its the home of Games Workshop! So surely it would be in your interest to get your products over here ready to be sold right from their release date? People love your minis, let us pay you for them!

This is pretty much what I wanted to say, but couldn't find the words to say it.

This is my response from Element Games (UK) who i usually get all my war gaming kit from (they're a brilliant store if you ever need anything..apart from SDE right now ;) )

"We will certainly look to stock them if any of our current suppliers stock the products. Unfortunately, it appears that at the moment the stock of Super Dungeon Explore has all but disappeared from our usual supplier, therefore it is unlikely at the moment.

Best wishes,"

So what i can take from this, is that they have no one who is supplying them - as a consumer, it's really not my place to be pestering them for their stockists, probably wholesale who don't deal with the public. So a dead end really!

That's exactly the same problem my local game stores have in France (i believe a lot of French game store work with UK supplier for this kind of products).
I'm still waiting for Philibert's reponse.

Ditto here in Finland. My store will take SDE to their stock (or at least are willing to order SDE stuff for me if they don't want to have everything on the shelf like the invidual heroes/bosses), the last SDE that appeared in the shelf was SD Arena, so a quite recent product.

But if their supplier in the US does not have the newer products, there's nothing my shop can do.

So the problem seems to be that the middleman (supplier) between Ninja division and my local store does not have any new product.

Not really anything that I, as a customer, can do about... but to clutch my money in my hand and hope... :?

Did they have a normal price for the SDE Arena in your finland shop? if yes, how much would it cost to ship it to Spain?

BTW, ive asked my gaming store to mail sales@ninjadivision.com and we are waiting response, with a bit of luck ninjadivision will let him know how to stock SDE and I'll be able to buy the releases of the last year and a half

You can check yourself how much the postage is. Just put the product in shopping cart.

address is: fantasiapelit.com

The store is brick and mortar store, so they can't compete with the price like some net store. The postage is propably a lot too, but since they post inside EU, there shouldn't be any customs fees at least?

I just discovered a Danish store who sells SDE stuff. Also new stuff.
They haven't got Testudo Tower yet though, so I'm biding my time to get that free shipping for buying for more than 500 DKKR

I'm actually becoming very salty about Arena. Its just something I really want, but I cant justify paying £45+ for something which has ONE model and the rest is build up of card...

I have been emailing online game stores in the UK and so far none are able to order the new SDE stuff and most are unwilling to take the time trying to contact SPM for the sake of one customer. Can you just tell us which distributer has your stuff so we can try and find stores that deal with them or tell other stores who they have to order through?

I second that, having the same responses form all game store i know.
Recent Ninja Division product just seems to have disapeared from UK suppliers

My newest item is still the Ninja Ambush box and I am so sad about not getting any of the shiny new stuff that I am/was ready to let the game go. For 20+ years I collect minis and games and these are my favs out of all the thousands hubby and me own, but what to do if nobody sells them? Postage from the US is truly ridiculous!

After I learned that the German version is quite likely dead (Ulysses posted on their forum that it's probably "too risky" to continue publishing SDE due to "the German board game market has been shaken up" (no idea by what)) I asked a big German online store ( www.fantasywelt.de ) who also acts as a reseller for other shops if they can at least get me the new stuff as a special order.
The person who's doing all the stocking said he's got an eye on Ninja Division projects for a while anyway and he will do some digging to see if he can get the new releases.
I told them I'm not the only one desparately looking for these items, so I keep my fingers crossed and when I get an answer I'll keep you updated! (Although their shop is in German they do ship to Europe.)

I really don't understand why there is such a problem. Just last year I got all current releases of Ninja All-Stars, most of them even in German. Why is SDE so much more of a problem? I don't get it.
