If it was in the 1.5 beta if you ask in the playtest forum you will probably an answer quicker.

Yeah I've asked for access to that forum twice and not yet been granted. I'm a late backer.

So the text on the Lightning Reed isn't all transferrable to SDE. So it starts by hitting 1 closest target within range 4 with a WILL roll. Then it arcs to another closest target ... from the caster or from the initial enemy? Again range 4? So maximum wounds inflicted is 2, right? Also the Lightning Reed inflicts 1/2 damage to the first enemy and 1/4 to the second. In SDE there's no such thing as fractions of wounds.

Arc is listed in the advanced rules for 1.6. This was mentioned in the Kickstarter Update.

"Arc: After resolving an action with Arc, choose another model within 2 squares of the last model targeted and which has not already been targeted. Resolve the action again, rolling 1 less dice of the player's choice against the new target. Continue choosing new targets in this manner until Arc fails to inflict a wound, or no dice remain, or there is no new target in range."

Thanks (just came out today).
