Hello! Two questions:

#1) Is this turn sequence possible?

Turn 1 - Hero A --- Power Up
Turn 2 - Consul --- Power Up
Turn 3 -Hero B --- Power Up
Turn 4 -Consul --- Power Up
Turn 5 -Hero C --- Power Up
Turn 6 -Consul --- Power Up
Turn 7 -Hero B--- Power Up
Turn 8 -Consul --- Power Up
Turn 9 -Hero C --- Power Up
Turn 10 -Consul --- Power Up
Turn 11 -Hero A --- Power Up

if the answer is NO, please tell me the correct hero sequence. If it was A...B...C...A...B...C...A...B...C it would resolve all my doubts.
if the answer is YES,

2#) how to manage potions or augment effects?

Example: HERO A (Paladin) on turn 1 plays Iron Halo (Aug, Aura 3, +1B Armor)

The rulebook at pag.14 states:

A model performs upkeep at the beginning of
their activation. Resolve each upkeep step in the
following order:

1. End effects from the model’s previous
activation, such as potions or auras.

If the sequence above is possible, since HERO A (Paladin) will not activate again untill turn 11, does Iron Halo effect (played at turn 1) really last all those turns  (1-10)?

auras and potion effects do, indeed, last until the beginning of the next activation of that hero. That fact can be used to the hero's advantage sometimes (particularly with the mistral). ^_^

So, the sequence is possible and the duration of the Iron Halo effect lasts 10 turns?
Isn't too much?

not really. if you intend to keep everyone using it the whole time, that severely limits mobility. Sometimes that doesn't matter, but often you aren't going to want to be on the same 9 squares for half the game.

AW! I didn't undestood you need to stay in the aura all the time to get that! This is soooo different!

But potions?
Example:
Sister of Light (Hero B) use her potion on turn 3 to give it's effect (Remed7. Holy, +1B Will) to the Paladin (Hero A).
Is the effect active through all turns from 3 to 11 (Paladin's Turn)?

Potions don't quite work like that.
Excluding EM potions, you drink a potion during your own activation, you don't use a potion on someone else during your activation.

So, the Sister of Light could drink her potion during her own activation, receiving it's effects until the start of her next activation.
Or the Paladin could drink the Sister of Light's potion during his activation, receiving it's effects until the start of his next activation.

If the Paladin (or anyone) were to drink her potion they would receive +1B WILL until the start of their next activation, but it's not that helpful as once their activation ends they have no further benefit from having buffed WILL, unless the character can use WILL to make defensive rolls (so wouldn't help the Paladin, but would help the Celestial Herald).
Same with Holy, it only would benefit on offensive rolls made during their activation. Although the effect would last until the next activation of that character Holy would offer no benefit during the enemy/other hero activations.

And Remedy? Hmm not sure on this, as the potion would stay in effect until the next activation making the character effectively immune to status effects but I'm not sure that that is the intention.
Unless Remedy works instantly to remove any status effects and is then resolved?

remedy is a one shot, instant, effect. There are potions that give status immunity (by comparison). But, yes, remedy is an effect like heal, it happens, removes status effects, then is done.
