Do bosses still time out in Arcade mode?

Also do they spam their attacks using up all their action points when activated by a Fight or Unique draw?

Officially there are no time-out rules in arcade mode. Though, they aren't hard to add if you want to, really.

In an activation, bosses work just like any other elite monster. They use their actions to make attacks and they use all their special actions that have a skull (signature moves) on the button. I can't remember which order they do it in, specifically, I don't have a rulebook with me at the moment. If there is a "special" component to the activation card, they do all their special actions, with or without "signature" skulls in that portion of the card order. So, they won't do their signature actions in the "fight" portion of the card in this case, as they only do the actions once in a turn.
