This is a mini I painted up fairly recently.

Don't know that there's a whole lot else to say, so here are a pic:

That's so nice. Love the gradients on the mech and the bright fleshtones.

Thanks.

I've got to say, this mini composed very easily. The fleshtones just want to pop out against the cooler colors on the mech.

I think there was a point at which I realized that I'd need to darken the shadows on her skin with a little red, but that's something I find I'm doing a lot lately.

Do you have any more pictures of the model?

It looks fantastic and I'd love to see more of it (like the back).

I don't have any other angles on her, and unfortunately, she's gone on to her owner, so I won't be getting any.

Wow! Really nice work. I love the worn leather seat ... and all the other details.

Is this one of plastic minis or is it resin? It looks great.

Plastic! Great job with the cleanup and painting. It looks so crisp, like a resin model.

Thanks.

A friend of mine has the resin/metal kit, so I could have a look for comparison. She cast very nicely- they changed the ankles to be a lot stronger, but it really isn't easy to tell the difference. The plastic one is way easier to assemble.

Overall, that's been my experience with the comparison (Malya lost her nose, but otherwise I haven't had a lot of complaints about the casting).

She's also the only Relic Knight who fit well on a 50mm base- so the upgrade to 80mm makes her look a little small.
